Referral

Upon receipt of referral, send parents Parent Questionnaire and arrange for Initial Assessment

STEP 2
Initial Assessment
Clinical Observation of Child + Parent Interview)

After assessment, explain to parents the findings of assessment and send parents the summary of the findings

STEP 3
Treatment Intervention

Within the first month of treatment, discuss and finalise the programme plan (goals and objectives) with parents

STEP 4
Review of Progress

At the end of a treatment stage, discuss with parents the overall progress of the child and decide on the next stage

Next Stage of Intervention

Continue to have Review at the end of each stage until Break / Discharge
