Assessment • Treatment • Consultation
STEP 1
Referral
Upon receipt of referral, send parents Parent Questionnaire and arrange for Initial Assessment
STEP 2
Initial Assessment
Initial Assessment and Treatment
After Initial assessment, provide treatment and parent consultation / education over 4 consecutive days.
STEP 3
Follow Up
In the following 6 month, provide follow up through emails / phone consultations.
STEP 4
Subsequent Treatment Intensive
Review and Treatment
After Review, provide treatment and parent consultation / education over 4 consecutive days.
Subsequent Treat Intensive
Continue to have intensive every 3 to 6 months until Discharge
Discharge
